Vincent Le, DO, is the President of Hair Transplant Center in Milpitas and the principal of Research and Development for ARTAS. He attended the University of California and completed his residency in osteopathic medicine at San Joaquin General Hospital in 2005.

Since 2012, Dr. Le has extensively studied hair transplant procedures, working with renowned hair restoration specialist Dr. Melvin Mayer in San Diego. He has mastered both strip and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) techniques, including the Manual FUE hair transplant method. Additionally, he is an expert in performing FUE transplants using the ARTAS Robotic Hair Restoration system.
